Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Mathews Capital Management, LLC (“we,” “us”), operating as Fantasy Golf Bag, collects, uses and shares information when you use fantasygolfbag.com (the “Site”) and the services we offer through it (the “Service”). 2. Information We Collect

Information you give us.

• Account details: your name, email address and password. We store your password in hashed form, not as plain text. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address from them.
• Subscription details: your plan, trial and cancellation dates, and any reason you give when you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers; we keep only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• Your content: saved models, templates, and display settings.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, including your name and email address.
• Discord: if you link your Discord account, your Discord ID, username and the access token Discord issues to us.
• Referrals: a referral code, if you arrive through or use a share link.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we record the pages and tools you open, how long you spend on a page, your browser and device type, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link, and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in a cookie. If you later create an account, we connect that earlier activity to it. We also record your IP address in server logs (for example when you sign in, register or contact us) and use it to limit free previews of paid tools. With analytics enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect usage data, and Clarity records how you move through pages (clicks, scrolling and page views) as a session replay. 3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the Service, create and manage your account, process subscriptions and payments, send account and billing emails (such as confirmations, password resets, trial and payment notices), answer your messages, prevent abuse and misuse of free previews, measure which features are used so we can improve them, and send you product updates and offers. If you cancel, we may email you about coming back. You can opt out of non-essential emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.

4. Who We Share It With

We use the following service providers, each of which receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing.
• Loops: email delivery and customer email lists. We send it your email address, name, plan and subscription status, and your cancellation reason if you gave one.
• Microsoft Azure: hosting for the Site, database and file storage, in the United States (East US region).
• Google: Google Analytics (usage measurement), reCAPTCHA (spam and abuse protection on the sign-in, registration and contact pages), and optional sign-in with Google.
• Microsoft: Microsoft Clarity (usage measurement and session replay) and optional sign-in with Microsoft.
• Discord: if you link your account, to give you access to our Discord server. We also use a private Discord channel for internal notices that include account emails and subscription events.
• Brevo: if you use the newsletter box in our site footer, Brevo hosts the sign-up page where you enter your email address.
• Content delivery and font providers (such as jsDelivr, Cloudflare cdnjs and Google Fonts): they receive your IP address and browser details when pages load code and fonts from them.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

5. Cookies

We and our providers use cookies and similar storage. Our Cookie Policy lists each one and explains how to change your preferences.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep account, subscription and content information for as long as your account exists and afterward as needed for our records, and we do not currently delete it on an automatic schedule. Server log files are kept for about 30 days. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own policies. If you want information deleted, see Your Choices below.

7. Your Choices and Requests

You can update your account details in your profile, cancel your subscription from your account, change cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of any page, and opt out of non-essential emails as described above. To ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, email drew@fantasygolfbag.com from the address on your account. We handle these requests by hand and will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information, for example billing records we are required to retain. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights regarding your personal information; contact us and we will address your request as the law requires.

8. Links to Other Sites

Some pages link to third-party sites, including sportsbooks and fantasy sports operators, and some of those links are affiliate links, meaning we may be paid if you sign up. We do not send those sites your account information. Once you leave our site, that site’s own privacy policy applies, and it may record that you arrived from us.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States and our systems are hosted in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
